VISTRA

Website re-structure / redesign

VISTRA is a multinational consultancy company. My team and I developed a website re-structuring and redesign plan for the website.

In this example I'm showing phase 1 of the visual side of the redesign, in order to showcase some of the processes and key achievement.

As Lead Designer, I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team including a Product Manager and Information Architect. Actively participated in client discovery meetings and helped information architecture's research to ensure the final design aligned with business goals and user needs. This project helped quadrupling the revenue generated through the client-agency collaboration.

The challenge

The menu’s complexity came from the client’s extensive market coverage, where simplification wasn’t an option. The key challenge was to organize and display everything in a clear, structured, and visually appealing way that worked for their audience.

Solution

The megamenu had four levels of navigation, which required a complete re-structuring process. To get it right, we carried out user interviews, card-sorting exercises, and A/B testing to ensure the design was intuitive and easy to navigate.

This redesign was one of the core focus areas of the project.

Outcome

The client was very happy with the result, which strengthened our working relationship. Following this success, phases 2 and 3 of the project were signed off, and collaboration remained strong—at least until I left the company.
And as mentioned above this project contributed to a 4x revenue growth from the client-agency work.
